Those people who stand on the side of the road with election signs.
Or on the bridge going over the freeway.
I always honk and wave when i pass them. Seriously, even yesterday, at about 4:30pm, i was on my way home from work and one guy was standing all alone in the pouring rain waiving his sign. And if you've heard how Seattle's weather has been, you'll understand this is is sheer dedication on his part. For some reason, it reminds me of Barbara Streisand in The Way We Were. (One of my favorites)
To everyone out there who stands on the side of the road, waiving your sign and smiling in the pouring rain, keep up the good work! You always make my day, as i'm sure many others.
